Exercise classes - Warkworth

​Our gentle exercise class, incorporating both strengthening and balance exercises, is highly beneficial for individuals aging as it promotes muscle tone, flexibility, and overall mobility, thereby enhancing their quality of life. Additionally, the carefully tailored program proves invaluable for those with arthritis, neurological conditions or a history of stroke, fostering rehabilitation and aiding in the restoration of motor skills, coordination, and confidence in daily activities.
